Gaiolas/Cages usadas in sec XX (Europe)

Canary cage with oxygen-cartridge made in England by Siebe-Gormann, found in Australia (used in the Broken Hill Mines)
Canaries have been used in mines to test for gases (dioxide, monoxide). These deadly gases are left behind after a explosion or fire has used up all the oxygen. This cage has its own oxygen cylinder to revive the canary after it has passed out.
